Chromecast doesn't work

I'm trying to cast a video to my Android TV. After I click the cast button the TV screen goes black, but the video doesn't start playing.

Can you provide some info about your setup? What OS version are you running? Were you casting from a desktop or laptop? Can you cast an audio instead of a video?

I'm trying to stream from a laptop (Windows 11 Home, OS build 22621.1778). Audio also didn't work. I tryed to stream to both my Android TV and Nest Mini.

VLC worked fine

I tried using the option to stream to my Google Home and my JBL soundbar without success, if necessary I can send logs. @huynhsontung

Chromecast doesn't work on my PC either. When trying to cast there is only a black screen with a "progress" line sweeping from left to right displayed on my TV which has the Cromecast attached. Casting from the VLC player works flawlessly on the same hardware configuration.
