Small audio stutter when opening the app straight from a video file

The audio will stutter for a second or so when a video is opened directly from the video file. If I go to the next video with the window open, this doesn't happen, which means it's something to do with how the app initializes audio output.

I think it may be relevant to add that I use an audio routing software solution and my default audio device is not where audio I hear goes, I have apps routed manually to go into a different "device". It is worthy to note that this does not happen on normal VLC. I have provided a video of this happening: https://youtu.be/pC6z5-8U_LU

I am on Windows 11, with the latest app version installed through the Microsoft Store.
