Minimizes on focus on some apps

Describe the bug With some apps, and in some situations, if I'm playing media in full-screen on Screenbox, and I focus onto specific applications (Ones I've noticed so far include some games, File Explorer, and VSCode cause this issue), Screenbox gets minimized automatically. If this happens, the only solution I have found is to force end the application that's causing the issue and then restart it, at which point it stops interfering. However, universally, if I drag an app over screenbox and fullscreen it, screenbox gets minimized.

How To Reproduce

1. Fullscreen Screenbox
2. Run any app
3. Click on said app
4. If it doesn't close Screenbox, drag it over to the monitor with Screenbox running and fullscreen the app, then move it again.

Expected behavior Screenbox retains fullscreen status

• OS: Windows 11 Pro latest Insider Beta branch
