Larger and consistent buttons padding for better touch experience

Merge play and title as one button and make size consistent

Ouch! Actually, the PlayButton is completely inaccessible via touch (btw the same applies to the inbox Media Player), other than that I consider the touch target good enough but it could use an extra padding (4) on each side. Right the now the PlayButton shares the same place as other items so merging it with the song title will need extra consideration.

I've come to similar conclusions regarding the ArtistButton, perhaps adding a MinWidth to cover shorter names.
