That is a weird error, every single search leads me to a Windows Update issue. Is this only for Screenbox? Can you install other apps from the store?

Even VLC UWP or any other media player app that registers .mp4 extension?

Yes, I installed VLC, not VLC UWP. There was no problem.

Can you check VLC UWP since VLC doesn't use a manifest/msix nor it's installed by the store.

Unfortunately, VLC UWP has the same problem with the same error info 0x80070005

Right, is this a stock Windows install? Have you change any services running status or installed a "debloater" app?

I didn't modify any system settings or services on purpose.

Is this device under an organization? Maybe some security product is locking that (and more) registry keys?

Personally I would recommend a full reinstall but I understand how time-consuming it can be and there might be some simple solution but without more information it's hard to say.

I fixed the problem referring to the post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/cant-install-apps-from-store-error-0x80070005/1da61861-26ee-41b4-ada9-8ac516b0107a

While I'm glad you found an easy "solution" I don't think it's a good, or a recommended, one. It shouldn't be needed to, nor should you, give full control.
