Environment Setup issue

Hello, thank you for you work. Sadly I have trouble setting up the environment. I followed your installation guideline except for the pytorch version. Instead of the mentioned pytorch version I used the latest one. (I also tried your mentioned pytorch version which resulted in the same error.)

When I try to run

python setup.py develop

I always get the following error:

from the cpp_extension.py file from torch/utils/.
