Icons of entities are not visible in TableView

Describe the bug If an entity has an Icon, it is not visible in the table view of the library

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an entity with an icon
2. Go to the Library with Table view, the icon is not visible in the entity row.

Expected behavior The icon of the entity should be between the checkbox an the title, as part of that column.
