404 when changing languages in blank-state template editor.

Describe the bug When editing the template that's created by default by the blank-state process the application will throw a 404 error if the UI language is changed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Templates
2. Edit the "default" template.
3. Change the language while on the edit screen.
4. See error

Expected behavior No error.

We should look into the error, but please be aware that changing language in settings will not accomplish the "I want to translate this template name and property names". So changing language in the middle of an edit in settings really should not be done and denotes a probable error in the user's flow as "I want to translate this template" which is not the place to do this.
