Edit all languages at once

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment information editors need to switch UI language to add the translations for the metadata. This is very time consuming.

Describe the solution you'd like Be able to edit all languages at once. Not all properties can be translated per entity, only the ones that can be localized:

• Text
• Rich text
• Title
• Media
• Image
• Link?

Moreover, it would be great if we make evident the flow of language fallbacks and how property values are spread to other languages:

• On entity creation, the current behavior copies the value of these fields to the other languages in order to provide a default value in case the data is not translated. this should only happen if the value is empty, otherwise the value should be respected as it is. This should be evident for users.
• On edition the value is not copied.
