RTL interface renders garbled LTR documents

Describe the bug When displaying an English document while using the Arabic interface, the PDF rendering appears garbled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Go to https://ihrda.uwazi.io/ar/entity/jnw4j85jvg?page=2
• Make sure you are using RTL language

Browser Tested on Firefox and Chromium for linux

Additional context PDF is supposed to render an image as background containing the original document render, and on the top of it an invisible text of layer for text selections, copy/paste etc. Apparently this paradigm is not working here and text seems to be rendered in the right position but with RTL orientation and the wrong letter spacing.
