Error when creating a text reference from 3 pages of a PDF

When selecting text from a PDF for the TOC or connection, if the selection covers several pages and one page is not loaded in the HTML, an error occurs and the user can't create TOCs or connections until a hard reload.

Note that only few pages are loaded per PDF, when a page is not visible it is removed from the HTML due to performance reasons.
