Request: horizontal offset

Would it be possible to add support for horizontal offset in the position constraints just like we have for the vertical offset? It would really help when showing a popup that has to be in an exact position, i.e. its position should be relative to a collection view cell. Is this already achievable in some other way? Precise positioning would be really cool.
