How to collaborate with teammates on GitHub without limitation of authorisation

Open FLYSTEPHEN opened this issue 6 years ago • 7 comments

To be more specific, how can we authorise our teammates to merge a request freely without the confirmation from the owner of a repository? I mean that the team members can edit a repository as its owner without any limitation.

Actually, although we've invited the collaborators, there are next steps.

Step1: Sent invite link After the collaborators accept the invitation, they are able to edit in the repository. If they didn't notice the invitation in the mail (Actually, we have made this mistake), you can send the invite link, like the below picture. screenshot 2018-12-07 at 17 54 07

Step2: Accept invite link And after the collaborators accept the invitation, the status will be different. Like below picture, and that means you can really work together. screenshot 2018-12-07 at 17 55 27

@ConnorLi96 do you want to send a PR to week00 notes? May use it as an exercise to get familiar with GitHub collaboration. @FLYSTEPHEN have done that before. You can discuss if there is any problem.

Sorry, there were too many messages from Github recently, I didn't notice the mail reminder. I'll send a PR as soon as possible.
