noticed a few problems which i'm having constantly, are solved in the master - though I run windows & am not tech savvy enough to use!

It's pretty easy to build yourself, download python 3.5, download pyinstaller, download git bash.

Install git bash / python first. Then install pyinstaller by using pip install pyinstaller from the command line of git bash.

Then just download the repo as a zip and unzip on your pc. Go to the unzipped location in git bash, run the commands listed on the docs to build and then in the 'dist' folder you have a running app...
