Problem: Trying to Sign In on a Different Account
When I try to sign in, after I input my text verification code, i get the error "unknown response. Unable to login." I am able to login to the web app in my browser, so I don't think it's necessarily a problem connecting to EA. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
I would verify your credentials and secret question answer and also make sure you are able to search players in the web app as well.
Hmm, I changed my password, and also checked my security question by logging into the companion app, and it still won't work. Web app is also fully functional, and it also works on the console. This problem started when I tried to swap over to a different account from my main one. I also tried deleting the autobuyer files and reinstalling, but that still didn't do it.
I think I may have found something that might be causing it. When I login to the web app, I immediately get an internal server error. But when I refresh, it opens the web app just fine. This doesn't happen on my account that works with the autobuyer. Any thoughts on what could be causing this error? Thanks!

This also happens to me with my secondary account. However, after trying on the web app i have the following message "Continue Playing FUT 17 On The PlayStation 4 To Unlock Access To The Transfer Market". Its weird since I am already on Division 8, so i played like 14 online games and 6 single player games. I thought it should be enough but apparently I need to keep playing.. perhaps you have the same thing, you need to try to buy a player using the web app.
@Daves10 - Buy a player or two from the transfer market on the console, and it should unlock the web app.
It seems that 20 is the magic number. After completing 20 matches I could finally unlock the web app. I had already bought and sold a couple of players in the console but it didn't do anything.
