It does not consistently work for me

It is working, sometimes. When it does, it is perfect. But it appears I have to have the right window selected before locking Windows. This window changes, perhaps depending on the number of windows open. I use 4 monitors and usually have anywhere between 50-150 windows open (don't judge me (: ).

I'm also using PowerToys/FancyZones.
