[iOS] ImageResizer / Message: Image uri invalid

I used remote link (ex: https://www.nsbpictures.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/photo-frames-png-6-881x1024.png) or base64 with the right format but still got this issue

I got 3% crash rate, and most of them are related to this issue. Does anyone have a solution? This crash happens on various Android versions and devices.
