Issue downloading weights

I am not able to download the weights from https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cewMfusmPjYWbrnuJRuKhPMwRe_b9PaT ..

I get an error "This site can’t be reached The webpage at https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cewMfusmPjYWbrnuJRuKhPMwRe_b9PaT might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

Can you kindly check and let me know..
