Sorting has been implemented at https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/4851#issuecomment-2120604113, but @JosephTLyons and the [document](https://zed.dev/docs/configuring-zed?highlight=panel#project-panel) didn't provide any details about the default setup.
