Increase Speed shortcut collisions with `colon` on spanish keyboard layout

On some spanish keyboard layouts, period and colon are on the same key, so Shift + period in orca makes it to render a colon, and to trigger the speed up binding ... is there a way to have custom bindings? Or which could be the workaround here?
