Wallpaper chooser goes dead end if the directory is empty

Dear dev,

Manifestation: in wallpaper chooser mode, if the directory, e.g. Dynamic wallpapers, is empty - you can not go back as there is an icon element in the top left corner preventing user to go back one level up.

Proposed solution; ..To remove an icon element in the top left corner to show an arrow so that the user can go back to directory one level up

Tested on Samsung J3 (2016) / Android 6.0.1
