Missing configuration - fee overrides

I wanted to override fees in a new hummingbot deployment using this repo and I can't seem to find where override fees files are.

Docker documentation from https://hummingbot.org/global-configs/override-fees/ isn't correct for deploy repository.

The file is located here; [install dir]/conf/conf_fee_overrides.yml At least mine is, but I seem to have some legacy files still
