Broken Documentation Links (Minor)

First off, Great work folks! I just happened to notice a mistake in the instructions and it seemed silly to do a feature branch just for two links when one of you can do it directly. Just before step Five on hummingbot_with_dashboard

• The link to "Quickstart Guide" is broken.
  • I believe that you wanted to point to https://hummingbot.org/getting-started/#quickstart-guides
• Not sure what you wanted "Basic Info" to point to but it's a dead link.
  • Maybe to the big picture page? https://hummingbot.org/about/

Noticed the same block of links here which have the same issues, just before step Seven; docker pull hummingbot/gateway
