Use `shot-scraper` to create cards of each extension

Instead of listing all the extensions in a bullet list in the homepage, it would be good to use sphinx-panels to create cards with small images of the extension itself. For these images we could grab a screenshot manually, or we can use shot-scraper of their homepage: https://shot-scraper.datasette.io/
