Topics: Missing Endpoints to Add/Delete topic to a content

There is no way to set topic ids when creating a post with this api, but there is a topics endpoint that for some reason doesn't include setting or removing topics to posts. Will we see that functionality?

The endpoints for the Content API to manage Topics is currently not yet implemented.
