Mail module for Spaces
Ability for Admin to enable the Mail module within a space or spaces.
This would provide a conversation list where the Space was the sender or recipient of messages (instead than individual Users).
Example: one department wants to send a formal bill or letter to another department (or user) within the organisation. The admin of that department approves and sends a message on behalf of the department, it shows up in the inbox of the space or user as coming from the department rather than an individual, as intended.
Sending and receiving
Space Admin members could send message 'from' the Space (shown in the message list as "Sender: User A on behalf of Space B"). Messages could be sent to any other permitted System User or Space which has the mail module enabled.
The Space could receive messages from any other system User or Space according to permissions.
Permissions
Admin could decide which Members could post message from the Space. Permitted Users could send messages 'from' the Space to other Spaces or Users.
Viewing
All Members of that Space could view messages sent or received to the Space.
Messages sent or received by a Space could appear in the Feed for that Space.
