Support selection of skintones in emoji picker

Current emoji implementation of emojis does not appear to support any skin tone other than the standard yellow colour. This is not compliant with the racial diversity expectations of many Humhub users and their organisations.

Twemoji (and other emoji sets) supports skin tones, just need a way to enhance the emoji picker...
