File element + File download element in same template - Doesn't work

Steps to reproduce: 1 - Create a template with:

• a "File download" element, and then
• a "File" element

Create and edit elements of a page based on this template

Upload a file in "File" element. OOPS!! The file is downloaded in the "File download" element and the "File" element remains empty + error "File cannot be blank". !!

2 - Let's do the opposite: Create a template with:

• a "File" element , and then
• a "File download" element

Create and edit elements of a page based on this template

Upload a file in "File download" element. OOPS!! The file is downloaded in the "File " element and the "File download" element remains empty !!

Should we call this a bug??!!
