New visibility

Suggest to have a new kind of visibility which is for "Guests Only". This would be extremely useful for building the pages for the guests (i.e., non-login users) for those site which is open to the guest also. It could be the introduction of the network, or enquiry page, etc... which may not be useful for login members, so better classify them as "guests only".
