Custom Pages for Guests only

Hello, I would like to direct unregistered visitors to a custom page, registered visitors directly to the dashboard. So to speak as a landing page for guests. At Custom pages you can choose between "Admin only", "Members only" and "Members & Guests". Here a fourth option "Guests only" would be useful. I tried several ways, a redirect in the .htaccess, which unfortunately led to errors. Such a function directly in the module would probably be the cleanest way. What I have tried so far Currently I have changed the web.php (as described here) so that all visitors are redirected to the custom page, but unfortunately also the registered ones. We need the "Only guests"-permission too, for a dashboard-snippet (right column).
