BUG: Adjusting Default Timezone setting changes event times

If the Default Timezone setting is changed on the server then all of the calendar events shift time. This is unexpected, and appears to be a bug. I was able to confirm this behaviour on multiple servers. I wonder if it relates to changes made in PR https://github.com/humhub/calendar/pull/476
