Better "Other Calendar" settings + other calendar filter

Currently an admin can set default settings for active "Other Calendars" and spaces/users can overwrite those the default calendars types to show. It's not very obvious which types are active in which calendar expecially in the global calendar view.

An "Other Calendar" Picker to include and exclude calendars would solve this. The same goes for the upcoming events.
