This app has no proper license - is it AGPL?

Currently where no license is placed you can assume that a No License is in place here; https://choosealicense.com/no-permission/

But I'm sure that in the future an AGPL would be applied even though it's not going to be necessary when both #55 and #63 are fixed and the application can be used by external HumHub instances outside of the humhub.com domain.
