Replace image cropping functionality on the Edit Media screen too

There are ways to get to the default image cropping screen that doesn't use the new UI provided by this plugin:

• From any media permalink, click "Edit Media" in the admin toolbar and then click the "Edit Image" button
• From the Media admin screen, click the list mode button, then edit an attachment, then click the "Edit Image" button

These both take you to the same view, the very confusing cropping feature on the Edit Media screen.

It would be great to replace this cropping feature with the new UI too.

An interim alternative is to disable the cropping on this screen, so it can only be done from within the media manager when "using" the media file.
