Original Issue XB block header renders incorrectly when using the site editor and adding an XB.

@rmccue I wasn't able to replicate your exact screenshot supplied in the original issue. Based on my screenshots in this PR, will it cover the issue you originally reported?

@rmccue if you have a gap to confirm this as I wasn't able to replicate your screenshot. I have left the PR as a Draft until confirmation incase I need to investigate further.

@rmccue I have tried to replicate the issue based on the above, but still not having any luck.

Hey @rmccue , just circling back passed this issue.

I have followed these steps:

1. Open the (FSE) site editor in latest Altis (Appearance > Editor)
2. Add an XB (either will do)
3. Observe XB header is not styled correctly

However I still can't reproduce the issue. If you can please send through further details/ steps on how to reproduce the error.
