Links inside navigation blocks crash

Open rmccue opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the (FSE) site editor (Appearance > Editor)
  2. Add a Navigation block to the header
  3. Select a new, empty menu for the block
  4. Insert custom links into the navigation block
  5. Either hit undo (Cmd/Ctrl-Z) or save and come back

The links should be editable, but instead display the generic Gutenberg block crashed error. In the console, an error from a call to .mapSelect is shown: An error occurred while running 'mapSelect': Cannot read properties of null (reading 'name')

No idea if this is from WP core or some problem with our additions.

Tried to replicate this on a non Altis install and I wasn't able to replicate this issue. So it appears to be related to our additions.
