The relationships tab in the sidebar of reusable blocks does not display any relationships.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a reusable block. Either in a page/post or directly in the reusable blocks menu.
2. Make sure the block is used in a page/post
3. Click Reusable blocks > edit on the block you have used
4. Click the relationships icon (chain link icon) in the side bar
5. No relationships are shown. The text "No Relationships to Display" is shown.

Links to the pages/post where the block is used should be shown
