[Bug]: failed to submit errors

Current Behavior / Issue

One bug - seeing a number of "failed to submit: session is not in draft state" when launching a draft. the draft launches fine but it seems like maybe the action/api call is firing twice

We think its some kind of double-request on submission and the second one fails

When this happens, did you launch via the Launch button or the ⌘/Ctrl + Enter shortcut?
Could you share a quick HAR file or screenshot showing duplicate requests to the launch endpoint, plus the matching server log lines around
"session is not in draft state"?

Also, which build/commit are you on (dev, nightly, or prod)?
