Frequent fresh sessions keep token usage low but scatter work. Introduce Threads to group related sessions into a named, ordered timeline for easier tracking and navigation.

Problem

Users struggle to:

• Track related sessions (research, commands, experiments) for a feature/bug.
• Understand when things happened.
• Navigate by topic instead of a flat session list.

Goals

• Group sessions by topic/effort.
• See a timeline at a glance.
• Make assignment lightweight during normal flow.

Non-Goals (v1)

• Sessions in multiple threads.
• Cross-repo threads or new permission models.
• Auto-grouping by content.
