Hello!

Thank you for making this extension for ReScript! I see this notification on every page that I open,

Is this normal?

More importantly, is there a way to disable it?

It looks like the issue is caused by the bsb.lock file being deleted before it needs to (see https://github.com/rescript-lang/rescript-vscode/issues/703)
