Add systems/worlds/modules pre-load.

It's really easy to install everything for systems and modules but if your already have a pre-set for your campaign that you would like to share with Foundry it's not that easy.

The ability to use config map to fetch the following information and perform the action on users behalf.

systems/ - Installed game systems - json list go clone modules/ - Installed add-on modules - json list to clone worlds/ - Installed game worlds - zip/tar.gz/tar.bz2 list to clone.

This will make easier to DM's to store their game and just Load into the platform when needed.
