not found: npm

I have macosx, so I change the npm install path in your plugin to /usr/local/lib/node_modules/npm (my path)

It's still doesn't found npm

Hi, I have a similar issue with Atom 1.3.2 and npm-install 4.0.3 :

I have the same issue on a mac, atom 1.7.3, node 6.1, npm 3.9.

I tried it with the example in the gif animation and get the "not found" message es well. Windows 10, Atom 1.15.0
