Fix model referenced and results in documentation. Model mentioned was inaccessible

What does this PR do?

This is a very small change on the documentation. The mentioned model (MariaK/detr-resnet-50_finetuned_cppe5) was either removed or set to private. So I could not reproduce the shown example.
I basically reference the same model but from another user, which provides a slightly better result. That's why I also updated the metrics.
