MetalPerformanceShadersGraph folder taking large amounts of space
I'm not entirely sure if the issue is with Apple's SD Core ML implementation or if its how its being used in the sample app but after a few XCode debugging sessions this folder balloons in size. Currently its comfortably taking around 151GB of space. It can be deleted but will gradually return until there is no more space left in the drive again.

So far I've not been able to observe this, will keep watching for a few days.
It seems to happening when debugging the app with CPU & GPU compute option, but not CPU & NE.
I have the same issue, it happens on both macOS and iOS.
Unfortunately on iOS, the directory does not show up and I have to delete the app every time to free up storage.

On iOS, the "Document and Data" use a lot of space, and it won't return even when I uninstall the app and reboot my phone...
