SageMaker notebook known issue with AWS Jupyter Lab

The current SageMaker notebook are test with SageMaker Studio env, which is depreciate. Look like we have some issue with AWS SageMaker AI Jupyter Lab env kernal ipykernel. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/latest/dg/sagemaker-distribution.html

Do we have branch is working on test SageMaker notebook with SageMaker JupyterLab ?
