Add cross platform image generation app AIFX to local-apps

We're excited to introduce AIFX— a powerful local UI for generative art models that makes AI-powered creativity seamless, fast, and intuitive while remaining private, decentralized, and uncensored. AIFX provides a fully integrated, cross-platform, artist-friendly experience that works out of the box—with open source models.

AIFX has deep integration with the Hugging Face Hub, allowing users to browse, download, and run models automatically without manual setup. AIFX runs locally and is powered by Candle and Rust across Mac, Linux, and Windows. AIFX offers an interactive workflow, giving artists full control over prompts and generation settings in a simple UI.

AIFX also includes built-in support for LLMs, featuring a local chat model interface that enables users to engage with advanced language models directly within the app. This empowers users with conversational AI tools for brainstorming, writing assistance, or creative exploration—all seamlessly integrated alongside its generative art features.
