Hide models without cards in search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It's pretty frustrating when one is searching for a model and most of the results are models with no card or any documentation, so there's no clue if they'll be useful for not. These can be like junk cluttering up the results.

Describe the solution you'd like An option to only surface search results with some more-than-default documentation, and hide models without cards or with blank cards

Describe alternatives you've considered Clicking all the models that come up one by one in the hope that any have documentation, and committing to burning time doing that

Hi @leondz, thanks for opening this topic. I moved the issue to this repo instead as it's more related to the Hub itself than the huggingface_hub python client.

Regarding the issue itself I think it's a good idea. I triggered an internal discussion about it and found out we already have an issue to track that internally cc @Pierrci @julien-c
