Unit 8 - part 1 - Hands on Lab

Hi. I'm running unit 8 part 1 in my colab and get some errors. It seems some lines of code regarding parsing the arguments are missing. I added them manually, but I kept getting the error. Can any one please help me? Point: these are the two cells on either side of cell containing the definition of the function "package_to_hub" in case you are wondering where they are coming from in the notebook file.
