Feature Request: More instructions for how to use the datasets tagger

  1. It's not directly obvious how the dataset tagger should be used IMO. A couple of sentences could be helpful here
  2. What is the most efficient way of finding the data one asks for? E.g. how do I know which licenses the datasets use? For XGLUE, I'm having a really hard time finding these information.

On running the datasets tagger application, I am unable to figure out how to save. README mentions Done? Save to File! button. But can't find it.
