I'm interested in using the data-is-better-together / 10k_prompts_ranked dataset, but I noticed that the dataset card lists the license as “other” and there’s no explicit licence file in the repository.

Could you please confirm the intended licence for this dataset?

• Is it meant to be openly reusable (e.g., CC-BY 4.0, Apache 2.0, MIT, ODC-BY, etc.)?
• Are commercial use, redistribution, or derivative datasets permitted?

The project documentation emphasises open-source collaboration (“freely contribute or use”, “empower the open-source community”), so I want to ensure I’m following the correct legal terms before using the data.
